This is a vineyard composed exclusively of Cabernet Sauvignon. Although it is not an indigenous variety of the maremmana coast, this particular vineyard produces wine with an incredible character, which mirrors the nature of this land: rustic and direct. A pure Cabernet Sauvignon is born, the Punton del Sorbo DOC Maremma Toscana, wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels and with a rustic and solar profile. A true maremmana interpretation of a French grape variety.
From the same vineyard the Cabernet Sauvignon is used for a blend with the Sangiovese to produce the Riserva Anniversario.
