This Riserva is produced with 85% of Morellino-Sangiovese grapes and 15% of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a selection that was bottled for the first time in 2010 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the foundation of the estate. This wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barriques and for 6 months in bottle. Full bodied and smooth with its smoked taste of ripe fruit and cocoa it is a pleasure for the palate. Big and long it is perfect if matched with game, red meat and seasoned cheese.
