Our “Fiordaliso” extra virgin olive oil
is a selected product made with
olives totally grown in our own estate.
It is known for its refined, elegant palate
and definite flavour,
typical of Tuscan olive oils.
Olives are hand picked and immediately
transported to the mill
where they are cold pressed
and grounded by stone to retain
the taste of fresh olives.
This process grants our extra virgin olive oil
an acidity no higher than 02-03%
