This sparkling wine is an equal part blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay. This "charmat" method sparkling wine is a product of non Southern Tuscany tradition, revisited in Maremma style. Excellent as a starter, it is perfect with fish based dishes.

GRAPES: 50% Vermentino 50% Chardonnay
VINIFICATION: Slow fermentation process at low temperatures with lees contact, bottle aged for 6 months. A fine perlage for a delicious aperitif.
